Do Good Brew Ritzy Beer is a CRYO Citra dry-hopped Saison we created for Sylvester Soisalo and his seafood restaurant Boulevard Bar & Seafood.

This was originally designed for their fish burger (think of McD's Filet-o-Fish multiplied by 10!) but this goes really nice with any seafood.

We'd also pair this with any elegant vegetarian dish as well.
