What you will get

A Google Sheets template with 5 tabs: Set Up, Gantt Chart, To-Do List, Calendar, and Team & Customer Tracker.

• The Gantt Chart tab comes pre-formatted for up to 300 tasks, with a timeline view that colors in automatically based on the start and end dates you enter, no manual cell coloring needed. You can extend it beyond 300 tasks by adding rows, and can adjust the color scheme yourself with Google Sheets' formatting tools if you want a different look than the default.

Requires a free Google account. The file can be exported to .xlsx for Excel, though the color-coded formatting is built for Google Sheets and may not carry over exactly.
