Greenhouse

A beer to commemorate the opening of our first indoor (ish) space, the greenhouse! Is a greenhouse truly an indoor space? Who knows, who cares. It’s a lot warmer than our previous “indoor space” (i.e. a church bus), and it is certainly quite a bit more spacious. It’s also extremely well lit due to the fact it is effectively one giant window. Natural light FTW!

This year we tweaked the recipe a bit and hopped it with Citra, Superdelic and El Dorado, we taste stone fruit and mixed citrus and some wicked tropical notes.
