HR Dashboard for Tracking Employee | Google Sheets

What you'll get

An HR dashboard template in Google Sheets, ready for you to enter your own employee data. Inside you'll find seven interconnected tabs:

• HR overview & Analytics dashboard - a visual summary with charts and a map: total employee headcount (split by gender), average age and age breakdown, performance comparison, department split, salary distribution, performance assessment results, and a map of team location/nationality;

• Employee tracker - an employee database: full name, gender, date of birth, country, position, salary, contact details, exit date;

• Employee performance & leave management dashboard - KPI tracking (teamwork, communication, efficiency) across two assessment periods, visualized in the main overview;

  • Calendar - a view of priorities, key HR events, and task deadlines;

  • HR task list - a space for everyday HR department tasks.

Requires a free Google account and only works in Google Sheets (formatting and formulas are built for this format, not Excel).
