Limited-run HELAXE Viking Beer

HELAXE, the only axe throwing club in Finland, asked us to create a beer that Vikings would have loved to drink.

We designed a braggot which is half beer, half mead (honey wine), that we flavored with yarrow and black pepper. The beer is fermented with Norvegian kveik yeast sourced directly from the village it originated (not a commercial strain).

ABV 5.5%, volume 33cl.
