Limited-run Mustikkamaa Bisse

A saison flavored with bilberries, lingonberries and heather.

The lovely people from Mustikkamaan Kaffela asked us to create a beer to compliment their sweet and savory croffels (croissant waffel). Since the name of the cafe (and the island it's located) is Mustikkamaa (blueberryland) we wanted to use this as basis for the beer.

The lingonberries help the bilberries (or nordic blueberries) shine and the heather give nice earthly tones to it.
