Limited-run Outo Spiced Apricot

A version of our Apricot Beer we created for Restaurant Outo, our closest restaurant partner for the past 12 months.

This is the same Apricot Gose as our Bistro-series stable but it has been fermented with yeast collected from our Michelada Gose bringing some spiciness and bit of a chili kick in to the beer.

This is created for and works lovely with bold umami and spicy flavors!
