Lovely Day

Lovely Day is our DDH Honey, Vanilla and Cream DIPA! We brewed this comfy number with a whole lot of flaked oats, fresh and floral Pennsylvania wildflower honey, and creamy lactose sugar. We then Double Dry Hopped Lovely Day with mostly Galaxy as well as Motueka and Cascade. The entire batch was then conditioned on some very nice Madagascar vanilla beans to simply round it all out. Lovely Day clocks in right at 10% abv.
