A Belgian-inspired creation led by Michael in our brewing team, in collaboration with our Scottish kinfolk Holy Goat Brewing.

A traditional yeast leads this authentic wheat beer, embellished with lemon comminute and ripe apricots. Expect a fresh citrus zing, beautifully subtle herbal notes, and a gentle stone-fruit sweetness.
