Ricochet

Crisp, snappy and California-inspired, we're glad that Ricochet has bounced back for round two!

These beers borrow from lager production on the hot side for a clean, refreshing base. We then go full IPA on the cold side, in this case with Citra, Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin. It's citrus and pine up front, with Nelson's signature white wine character adding delicious accents.
