Seasonal - Green Strawberry 2024

The only beer in the world flavored with green strawberries!

This journey of this saison began back in 2020 when we started working with Kim Mikkola, our advisor and the founder of Michelin awarded Restaurant Inari. 

During our many conversations, one of Kim's suggestions was to make a beer with green strawberries—an ingredient commonly used in fine dining but never before in beer.

The acidity of the green strawberries make this very wine like and the slight hint of strawberries gives it a great aftertaste.
