Seasonal - Rhubarb 2024

2024 vintage of our Rhubarb Saison.

This is a great beer for a toast but the acidity also helps to pair it with a wide range of foods from fatty pastas to seasoned white fish.

When young, the saison gives more of a rhubarb acidity but after maturing 6-12 months the beer will be more balanced. Let it mature for 2-3 years and you'll get even more depth from the yeast.
