Seasonal - Rowanberry 2024

Imperial Gose brewed with a large amount of handpicked rowanberries.

We brew our sour beers with sour malt instead of kettle souring. This leaves the beer a lot thicker and the sourness is more balanced.

To enhance the sour profile, we use sour flavoring, like rowanberries in this beer.
