A blend of barrel aged spontaneous beer, infused with sun ripened Clutha Gold apricots from the Webb Family's 100 year old orchard outside Cromwell. The finished beer, brewed by Garage Project, is a radiant gold, with an astonishing ripe apricot aroma and a juicy tart stone fruit palate.
