This is the oak aged version of our best selling Macerated Raspberry Imperial Saison we created for Michelin awarded chef Sasu Laukkonen.

We took the beer and let it age a good time on Dos Hombres mezcal oak.

We are super pleased with the end result balancing perfectly between the mezcal, oak and raspberries.
