Imperial stout gerijpt in een Caol Ila Scotch whiskyvat, afkomstig van het eiland Islay. Dit eiland staat bekend om zijn rokerige, turfachtige whisky's.

De aroma's zijn delicaat en rokerig, met tonen van jodium, zeewier en pruimen. De basis is zacht, evenwichtig, rond en lichtzoet.
